I recently decided to sell property near Destin and was contacted by PPS by way of an informative, down-to-earth, enveloped card. That card seemed so personal, compared to all the other mass mailings and texts I had been receiving. I called Jon and disclosed my requested numbers. He was extremely informative and told me he would get back to me within two days. Two days later, he called and made me an offer. It was EXACTLY what I had been hoping for and I then wanted to make sure it (and he) were “for real”. He immediately stated the Title Agency and agent’s name with which we would be working. Within three days an escrow account and initial contract had materialized. Exactly one month later, I was overnighting a notarized contract to SETCO Services and received the money into my bank account the next day!!!
